Terms of Service

1. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free-tier account. GuestFoyer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of others. You may not use guest pages to collect sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security numbers, medical records) from visitors. Automated scraping, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service activity directed at the service is prohibited.

3. Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. The free tier includes one property at no cost and may be subject to feature limitations.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the service, you grant GuestFoyer a limited license to host, cache, and display your content as necessary to operate the platform. We will not use your content for marketing purposes without your explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

GuestFoyer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
