Account & billing

Plans

  • Basic — unlimited properties, unlimited content blocks, full AI directory.
  • Premium — everything in Basic plus a live AI concierge chat bubble on every guest page (grounded in your property content + local directory, with every conversation mirrored into your SMBcrm inbox so you can reply natively), multi-language auto-translate, marketing automations, custom domain, and higher AI usage limits.

Both plans are billed per property per month. Cancel anytime — see Pricing for current rates.

Managing your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing. From there you can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade between Basic and Premium.
  • Open the Stripe billing portal to update your card, view invoices, or cancel.
  • Switch from monthly to annual.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period — you keep access until your next renewal date.

Invoices & receipts

Stripe emails a receipt for every charge. You can also re-download any invoice from the billing portal at any time.

Password & sign-in

By default we sign you in with magic links — no password to remember. If you'd rather use a password, set one from Settings → Security. You can use either method going forward.

Forgot your password?

Use the magic link option on the sign-in page — that always works regardless of whether you've set a password.

Closing your account

Email support@guestfoyer.com with the email on the account. We'll cancel your subscription, delete all property data, and confirm in writing.
