Analytics
Analytics live per-property at Property → Analytics. They're privacy-respecting: no third-party trackers, no cookies, no fingerprinting.
What you'll see
- Total visits — distinct guest sessions over the lifetime of the property.
- 7-day sparkline — daily visit volume for the past week.
- Recent sessions — first-seen time, device hint (iOS / Android / desktop), and the SMBcrm contact ID if the guest is linked to your CRM.
How a "visit" is counted
A visit is a unique guest session: when a phone lands on your guide we set a long-lived first-party cookie that ties subsequent page loads to the same session. So one guest opening the guide three times during their stay = one visit, not three.
What we deliberately don't track
- Names, emails, IP addresses (we drop them at the edge after rate-limiting).
- What guests tap on after scrolling. The page is one URL.
- Cross-property tracking. Each property session is isolated.
Pairing with SMBcrm
