Properties & themes

A property is one rental, one URL, one welcome book. You can have as many as your plan allows. Each property has its own content, directory, and theme.

The property editor

Open a property from the dashboard and you'll see a single workspace with everything that affects the guest page:

  • Details — name, slug (the URL fragment), address, Wi-Fi, check-in & check-out times.
  • Hero photo — the big image at the top of the guest page. Landscape, 2000×1200 or larger looks great.
  • Theme — visual style (see below).
  • Content blocks — modular sections (see Content blocks).
  • QR code — print-ready PNG that points to your guide.
  • Publish toggle — flip between Live and Draft. Drafts return a 404 to guests.

Themes

You get four hand-crafted themes. Switch any time — content stays the same.

  • Journal — the default. Magazine-style serif, classic editorial feel.
  • Midnight — moody, dark, photography-forward.
  • Coast — airy and bright, perfect for beach or coastal homes.
  • Nexus — clean, modern sans-serif. Strong for urban or design-led properties.

The slug — what guests see in the URL

Slugs are auto-generated from your property name (e.g. "Sunset Cottage"sunset-cottage). You can change the slug from the property editor; the old URL stops working immediately, so swap out any printed QR codes after a slug change.

Multiple properties

Hosts on Basic and Premium can manage multiple properties from a single dashboard. Each one is fully isolated — content, directory, analytics, and the SMBcrm contact tags are scoped per property.
